With Florence Leather, receiving your purchases directly at home is simple, fast and cheap.
We will process your order within 14 working days from the receipt of payment, subject to warehouse availability. If one or more items are not immediately available, we will notify you directly and arrange the possibility of a partial shipment. Order processing usually takes place within 24 hours, except during periods of high order volume such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.
Once payment is received, we will entrust the goods to the Bartolini Courier. When the goods are collected by the courier, a tracking number is issued and sent to the customer by the courier. By clicking on the tracking number, all transportation details and progress status will be displayed. The delivery will be made to the person indicated in the order. Please note: Delivery takes place during working hours. It is not possible to predict the delivery time or know the phone number of the delivering carrier. Delivery times are typically 1-2 working days, excluding Saturdays and holidays, in most Italian locations. Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure or areas with limited service (such as islands), where delivery times may be extended by one day. Any delays attributable to the courier during transportation are not our responsibility and cannot be used as a reason for cancellation or compensation.
The goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order form during working hours. Since it is not possible to arrange a precise delivery time with the Bartolini Courier, we recommend indicating an address where someone is always present for pickup. Make sure to provide the correct house number, ZIP code, and the name on the intercom must match the one provided. When you receive the goods, always check that the number of packages matches the one indicated on the transportation document, and that the packages received are intact.
Instructions for the Delivery Process
Our packages always bear our logo, both on the tape and on the cardboard, and under no circumstances is the courier’s tape or other sealing materials used. Before signing the transportation document:
- Check the number of packages you are receiving: it should match the one marked on the transportation document (or the courier’s delivery note).
- Check the labels on the packages: they should display your name and address.
- Check the external condition of the packages: they should not have any damage or signs of tampering (e.g., closed with non-original tape or damaged packaging).
- If you notice any anomalies during these checks, please sign the transportation document (delivery note or courier’s receipt) with the wording “RESERVATION,” clearly indicating the type of anomaly found (e.g., reservation for 2 missing packages or reservation for a package with damaged cardboard).
Note: We would like to remind you that making a reservation is your right guaranteed by the Civil Code (Article No. 1698). We therefore invite you to pay attention to these simple rules. Furthermore, as much as possible, avoid having the goods collected by neighbors, strangers, or minors.
In the event that you or your representative are not present at the time of delivery, Bartolini Courier will leave a notice of failed delivery, which will allow you to request a free redelivery within the following 3 days, following the instructions provided in the notice. If the goods are not collected even during the second delivery attempt, the Bartolini Courier will keep the goods in storage at their warehouse for three days. If you fail to collect the goods within three days, we will be forced to charge you additional costs for the failed delivery.
The shipping costs within Italy are free of charge. For European countries, the shipping fee is 23€, while for destinations outside Europe, the fee is 45€. Please note that any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping cost is €5, and the refund will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of the merchandise.
